Mitigation Helper

Job Description:
Rytech Restoration is seeking a dependable Mitigation Helper to assist with water damage mitigation, fire damage cleanup, and mold remediation services. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is hardworking, reliable, and interested in learning the restoration industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with water extraction, drying, and demolition
- Help with fire and smoke damage cleanup
- Support mold remediation projects following safety protocols
- Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers)
- Perform general labor duties including cleaning, lifting, and debris removal
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and team members
Requirements:
- Clean background check required
- Clean driving record required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Willingness to work in challenging environments (water, smoke, mold)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Experience in restoration or construction is a plus, but not required (we will train)
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $15–$18 per hour, based on experience

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
